As CEO and co-founder of Longridge Partners, Mack oversees Longridge Partners’ private real estate funds and direct investment portfolios.

Mack grew up in the country and maintains his appreciation of nature. He can be found enjoying the great outdoors with his family and their dog Carlton in his downtime. His passion for the outdoors and his professional background in real estate and the investment industry led to the formation of Longridge Partners’ identification of property acquisition targets and investment thesis, “invest in good nature”.

As CFO, Matt leads Longridge’s financial strategy and operations function, including financial planning and reporting, valuation, capital allocation, investor relations, taxation, strategic management, and corporate governance.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University School of Business, where he graduated with first-class honours. Matt also studied international economics during a period abroad at Copenhagen Business School.

Jared oversees all aspects of company operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality. This role includes maintaining and managing all properties, addressing and resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. 

Originally from Caledon, Jared enjoys skiing, rock climbing, and travelling. His favourite Longridge property is Melville Park. He believes everyone should experience the peaceful silence of fresh snow at a Longridge property.

Gabi leads the development and execution of Longridge's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement. She manages content creation, collaborates with creative teams, and analyzes market trends to attract a high-end, mature audience.

Originally from Caledon, Gabi is an avid traveller, hiker, and golfer who loves capturing her adventures through photography. Her favourite Longridge property is Brushview, which backs onto her favourite golf course, The Paintbrush. Longridge’s ethos of investing in good nature aligns with her values of sustainability and community. She believes preserving natural beauty and creating outdoor spaces enriches lives and inspires environmental responsibility.

Jay splits his time between the downtown Toronto office and on-site at our diverse portfolio of properties in Caledon. Responsibilities are primarily centred on Stay & Play accommodations, with a focus on property management, guest services, hospitality, and reservation logistics.

Originally from Vancouver, Jay enjoys outdoor activities like golf and skiing. His favourite Longridge property is The Pulpit Club. Jay recommends experiencing the unique connection to nature at Longridge properties, where each season offers something special. Jenny advises Longridge on various legal matters that arise in the nature of their business and investment strategies, allowing the business to grow confidently and sustainably. 

Originally from Halifax, Jenny enjoys golf, tennis and hiking with her family. Her favourite property from the Longridge portfolio is Longridge House, which she loves for its scenic drive. An ideal day at the Longridge properties for Jenny would look like 9 holes of golf at the Paintbrush, followed by some fishing and roasting marshmallows by the fire at the Pulpit and then a long hike on Escarpment Sideroad on the Bruce Trail and a hot tub under the stars at the Longridge House.

Grace contributes to landscape design concepts for Longridge properties and compiles research to highlight the land's exceptional potential.

Originally from Burlington, Grace enjoys staying active outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family. Her favourite Longridge property is Escarpment House. Grace is connected to Longridge’s mission to “invest in good nature” through her passion for the environment, which led her to study landscape architecture. Her thesis explored how natural spaces enhance well-being, highlighting the growing need to protect these areas as development expands.

Mike is the owner of Megamand Construction Limited, overseeing property maintenance and updates across Longridge’s portfolio.

Originally from Schomberg, Mike enjoys spending his summers golfing and his winters snowmobiling. His favourite Longridge property is Escarpment House, due to the amazing view. If Mike could host an event at a Longridge property, it would be a guys' weekend at Brushview. The Stay & Play experience allows access to one of Canada’s top courses without a membership.
