Why invest with Longridge Partners?
Company co-founders John Clark and Mack Crawford are outdoor enthusiasts, whose personal values are central to the company’s mission and investment thesis.
Founded in Toronto, Longridge Partners is a boutique private real estate investment company, prioritizing land with superior natural features. Our mission is to invest in good nature.
Led by our founders, the Longridge investment team has an established track record of investing and managing unleveraged investments in real estate - secured assets with low correlation to public markets and strong long-term capital appreciation potential. The current portfolio consists of more than 2,000 acres of land in the Greater Toronto Area.
The investment strategy aims to capitalize on population growth, immigration trends, retirement demographics, increased remote-work capabilities, and post-pandemic lifestyles.
