Faisal Ratansi

Faisal Ratansi brings 16 years of real-estate investment and development experience to Longridge, with a special focus on golf-anchored master plans. Before joining as Development Advisor, he was Vice-President of Capital Planning & Investments at Cabot, the global golf-resort developer, and previously held positions at Citibank and Tricon Capital. Ratansi now guides Longridge’s Melville Park and Pulpit Ridge projects, leveraging his capital-markets network to unlock value. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
